Refund policy

At Charmy, we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, here is our policy:

Return window You have 30 days from receipt of your order to start a return from your customer account.

Return conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with their original packaging intact.
• Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect.

Return costs

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except where an item is faulty, damaged in transit or does not match the order (in these cases the return is free of charge).
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
