Terms of Sale — Charmy
These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between CHARMY and its customers in connection with the sale of products on our website charmyparis.com.
1. Orders and Products
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- Product descriptions and photographs are given as a guide and may show slight variations.
- We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability.
2. Prices and Payment
- Prices shown are in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT).
- Payment can be made using the methods available on our site at the time of ordering.
- Products remain the property of CHARMY until payment has been made in full.
3. Delivery
- Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering according to the rates in force (see our shipping policy).
4. Right of Withdrawal
- In accordance with applicable law, you have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products.
- As a commercial commitment, Charmy extends this to 30 days to start a return from your customer account.
- This right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products.
5. Statutory Guarantees
- All our products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
